We don't just offer a final clean. We can clean at various stages of the project; from the initial clean ahead of the kitchen installation and bathroom waterproofing, through to the final 'sparkle' clean. We can also provide cleaning services for temporary site offices and chemical toilets during the construction phase.
Our builders and sparkle cleans are tailored to your specifications and requirements. Puur will do a survey and give you a fixed price, so no going over budget. As part of our service we will also do a pre snagging list of any damages and repairs for your site manager.
Our Builders Cleans generally consist of the following:
- All ledges, architraves, sills and skirting are damp wiped.
- All fittings (switches, door handles, window catches, radiator controls etc) are damp wiped and buffed and any spots of paint and plaster removed.
- Taps and chrome work are damp wiped and then polished.
- Wall tiles are cleaned free of excess grout/odd paint spots and then buffed to a shine
- Baths, showers, toilets and hand basins including vanity units are stripped of protective tape and cleaned free of dirt and the odd spot of paint and plaster.
- Kitchen appliances, work surfaces and cupboard units inside and out, are stripped of protective tape, and cleaned free of dirt and paint splashes.
- Glazing is cleaned free of dirt, plaster and manufacture labels removed and frames cleaned using non-scratch damp wipes inside and out.
- Floors are vacuumed and all vinyl floors are washed over and dried.
When carrying out our builders cleans we use environmentally friendly green cleaning practices so you can be safe in the knowledge that we will be reducing and removing lingering pollutants and toxins leaving a healthier atmosphere as well as a clean one.
